CONSULTING SERVICES

- Data Warehouse Development. Our significant expertise in hospital data warehouse development and deployment assists clients embarking on this journey on their own.
MICROSOFT SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT
We provide a range of consulting services for Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005. This includes assistance with deployments, backups, performance tuning and upgrades.
3-M APR DRG GROUPER SOFTWARE DATA INTEGRATION
We provide complete data integration of the 3-M APR DRG Core Grouper software with the Medisolv applications. Clients with a license for the software product can now have an automated process where patient data is sent to the Grouper software and its data output is imported into the SQL database for further analysis and reporting.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
Medisolv provides both onsite and remote training sessions in the following two areas.
- Microsoft Reporting Services. Microsoft Reporting Services is a versatile tool used to create Ad Hoc reports from SQL databases. This product is bundled with Microsoft SQL Server without additional license fee. We offer two separate hands on courses for this product.
- Advanced users who are familiar with the basic product can take a short course to enhance their skills.
- Beginners and Intermediate users can take a more structured two day course in the basics of report building with Reporting Services. This is a hands on training is available at client sites.
- Advanced OLAP (Online Analytic Processing) OLAP is one of the tools favored by the business intelligence community for analysis of data. Basic OLAP training is included in post implementation RAPID training. Advanced concepts and functional training is also included in this session.
- Leveraging Microsoft Office for Enterprise Reporting.
CUSTOM REPORTS DEVELOPMENT
Our developers can assist clients in custom report development. Clients may wish to outsource custom report development entirely to Medisolv consultants. This is within the framework of our products and supplements the already rich library of standard reports.
MEDITECH SOLUTIONS
Medisolv is a MEDITECH Strategic Alliance Business Partner. Our end to end solutions around the MEDITECH Data Repository (DR) have helped many clients realize the true potential of this product. Our two “front end” applications RAPID and IndiGo are designed to provide a complete business intelligence and enterprise reporting solution for the Data Repository. In addition we assist clients with Microsoft SQL Server and Data Repository implementation, maintenance, and upgrades. We work closely with MEDITECH DR staff to assist clients with data integrity issues. Our goal is to provide clients with a complete reporting and analysis solution based upon timely and accurate MEDITECH data. We also specialize in custom solutions including integration of Non MEDITECH with MEDITECH and custom reporting.
