Zahid W Butt, MD, FACG
President & Chief Executive Officer
With more than twenty five years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings Dr. Butt provides a unique combination of clinical, technical and administrative skills. As former Director of Clinical Informatics at St. Agnes Healthcare in Baltimore he gained extensive experience in hospital information systems and spearheaded efforts to replace the entire system with the MEDITECH Client Server system. He is an expert in online physician documentation and is an active user of an Ambulatory Medical Record system since October 1996. Dr. Butt has held Medical Staff leadership positions at St. Agnes Hospital including President of the Medical Staff and Chairman of Utilization Management. He has served on the Board of a publicly traded managed care company prior to its acquisition by United Healthcare in early 2006. He is a founding member of the MEDITECH Physician Advisory Team. Dr. Butt has served as a Consultant on a number of technical and administrative task forces both in government and the private sector. His areas of interest include data driven performance improvement utilizing data warehousing tools and data mining.

Raymond L. Dudley
VP, Sales & Marketing
With more than 20 years in the healthcare IT market, Ray has a wealth of experience in multiple aspects of marketing and sales of products to hospitals, health systems, RHIOs and private physician practices. Ray has been a software product manager, software product marketing manager, led a healthcare consulting and integration services practice from start up to more than $30M in annual revenues, and led successful sales teams on a worldwide basis. Having led multiple Health Information Exchange projects, Ray brings a unique combination of technical knowledge and marketing and sales savvy. He managed the sales and implementation of multiple Meditech interface development projects, and has an extensive base of contacts in the industry. Ray was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Maryland Association of Health Care Executives in 2007 and participated in the HIMSS RHIO Federation’s RHIO Definitions Committee. He was also tapped as a subject matter expert to participate in a Louisiana healthcare reconstruction taskforce as part of an advisory board for NAHIT. Ray is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point where he earned his Bachelor of Science and graduated from Murray State University where he earned his Master of Science Degree.

Ken McCormick,
VP of Client Services
Ken brings over fifteen years of technology experience in health care settings to Medisolv. Prior to joining Medisolv, Ken was Director of Information Technology for St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Ken has a proven track record of successful IT implementations and operation as well as demonstrated excellence in bringing people and technology together to help end users perform successfully in complex operational environments. Ken is experienced in consulting to executive and senior level management to improve organizational effectiveness through enhanced organizational systems.

While serving as Director at St. Agnes, Ken led numerous advanced clinical implementations including Bedside Medication Verification, Physician Documentation and CPOE. In 2008 St. Agnes received Stage 6 Electronic Medical Record (EMR) adoption recognition from HIMSS Analytics.

Ken received a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medicine from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Hospital and Health Services Administration from The George Washington University.

Elizabeth McCartney B.A., BSc.N, MHSc
VP, Canadian Operations
As VP of Canadian Operations, Elizabeth brings a great depth to the leadership team’s knowledge of the Canadian health care system. Elizabeth most recently was President of McCartney Consultants and ClinSaver Software Inc., a company which she founded and grew into a successful business. She has over 30 years experience in healthcare delivery, management and consulting. Elizabeth has extensive background in using available clinical, financial, statistical and census data to complete regional planning studies, analyze the impact of demographic change, complete outflow/repatriation analysis and to assist in siting of regional resources. Elizabeth's consulting experience includes clinical organizational design; program planning; operational re-engineering; clinical, financial and statistical benchmarking; regional medical human resource planning data analytics; and performance improvement analysis for many multi-sited hospitals in Ontario.

Scott Allen
Chief Architect
As Chief Architect, Scott provides guidance for the Medisolv technology platform. A published author on Microsoft technologies including .NET development he has extensive experience applying Microsoft technologies to business problems. Mr. Allen has provided architectural expertise to ASP and Web Services development, and is also a Certified Microsoft Solutions Developer. He received the Microsoft Most Valuable Programmer (MVP) Award in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
